We offer a 2-year return to base warranty on all our Linux systems.
In the case of a fault, the client must arrange the hardware return. The warranty does not cover Software, OS or any software misconfiguration.
We will do our best to rectify any issues regarding the hardware we sell.
A refund of a sale is done when we have done our best to rectify a problem covered by warranty but against all our efforts the problem can not be fixed. A full refund of the product sold will be refunded.
